Dried flower wreath workshop
Learn how to make a dried flower wreath full of vibrant colour, wonderful papery textures and subtle, shimmering seedheads. The creative process itself can be so calming and relaxing, mirroring the rhythms of the natural world as it slows down for winter.
If you want to learn more about how to capture the fleeting beauty of flowers by drying and preserving them, this workshop is for you. We’ll use flowers that have been hand grown, picked and carefully dried by us at our flower plot.
During the session we’ll cover all the floristry wiring techniques you need to make a wonderful floral centrepiece. Finally, we’ll discuss the best varieties for drying and techniques for doing so at this dried flower wreath workshop.
Date: Saturday 7th November and Sunday 8th November
Time: 10am-12 noon, or 2-4pm.
Please note: unfortunately this venue isn’t wheelchair accessible. There is a house rabbit at this venue so it may not be suitable for allergy sufferers.
